Kim is very excited to be part of the Balance Dance Center Team! She’s been teaching yoga for over 16 years. She has a BS in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University. She worked in Corporate Fitness for 8 years teaching a variety of classes including Pilates, strengthening, Spinning, Step, and her favorite, Yoga.
She has certifications in AAAI Yoga 1, 2 & 3, AFAA Mat Science & Primary Aerobics, ACSM Fitness Specialist, Yoga Fit Level 1, 2, 3 and Pre-natal. She received her 200 hours from Power Yoga Works in Malvern.
She was proud to have served in the Coast Guard Reserves. She enjoyed managing a coffee shop in West Chester for a spell. Cliff jumping & swimming with dolphins are some experiences she’ll never forget, but her most memorable adventure is being a mom.
When she’s not teaching, Kim enjoys spending time with her hubby, 2 girls & big puppy. She loves the beach, chatting with friends, going to the movies & baking. Yoga makes her feel fantastic and brings a welcoming sense of peace. She loves sharing this wonderful practice with others.
