Vinyasa yoga: In this invigorating class we integrate strong fluid movement with energizing breath to build your yoga practice. As we move from 1 posture to another, we build heat in the body helping to energize and cleanse the body, while focusing and calming the mind. A more challenging class, but modifications are available.
Sunrise yoga: this class is a perfect way to begin the day. We start with gentle stretches to wake the body. We move through some feel-good postures to give you energy and keep you feeling happy all day long. All are welcome.
Gentle yoga: focuses on gentle stretches, hip openers and breath work. It’s designed to help students slowly stretch tight muscles and relax the body. Ideal for anyone who feels overwhelmed or stressed and wants to feel better. All fitness levels welcome.
Family yoga: a fun & joyful yoga practice for young children (5 & under), and their parents/care-givers.
The class begins with a short intro, then a playful practice including postures and partner poses, followed by a short story, game or craft and concluding with relaxation.
Mat Pilates Express: a non-impact workout designed to improve strength, flexibility and posture. Pilates especially targets strengthening the core and posture muscles. It is helpful for lengthening the muscles and preventing injury. All fitness levels are welcome.
